Been to this place a few times. Love the rooftop ambience but weather is the determining factor, for a great dinner experience. Can be lots of mosquitoes, if u r unlucky; so try some insect repellent or ask for mosquito coils under yr tables. Food is reasonable but can be a little pricey.

Great bar with an excellent view and good music. We went on a Tuesday, so it was slow, but still very enjoyable. Use the elevators on the east end of the building. Go all the way to the roof. It is in the corner and easy to miss.

It's a sad thing to see that this is sort of the only bar open here, and many things on the menu are not really available. However the cocktail menu is available and I had a great night. The view is scenic, and I would come back again for the transparent bridge as well. Food's good. Night air's cooling.
